We are pleased to offer our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our overseas warehouses with an 8-10 day delivery time, if the item is not available in our Swedish warehouse.

DAMAGED/MISSING PACKAGES

Clearskin is not responsible if the incorrect address is provided at checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we make a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order placed on your behalf at no cost.

CUSTOMS

When our goods are shipped from abroad, customs duties may apply in certain cases, as you, the customer, are the importer. You, as the customer, will be required to pay the duty.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time is approximately 8-10 business days.

This does not include our 1-2 day processing time.

All delivery times exclude customs clearance/delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, but sometimes due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW"

For some shipping companies, it can take 1-3 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
