RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal, meaning you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to the warehouse, unless the product is damaged or does not meet the description.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
